FMI are currently recruiting for a part-time merchandiser to work for a well-known FMCG and retail brand.

Working days and hours - Monday to Saturday 17.5 hours per week at 13.50€ per hour

The Role & Responsibilities:

• Ensure strict adherence to merchandising guidelines, giving special attention to Planogram compliance and optimizing promotional space.
• Perform daily tasks related to stock rotation and stock ordering, which may occasionally involve lifting heavy items.
• Collaborate with field supervisors, store managers, and sales representatives.
• Receive comprehensive onsite training in merchandising techniques.
• Access manual handling training resources online.
• Verify that all products display the correct Shelf Edge Label (SEL) in front of them.
• Document the changes with before and after photographs.

Requirements:
 

• Some merchandising or retail experience is preferable but not essential
• Excellent communications skills.
• Polite and professional manner.
• Good attention to detail.
• The ideal candidate will be flexible with working days and hours, hardworking and be willing to provide an exceptional service to our client at all times.
