Part Time Retail Auditor

As a Part Time Retail Auditor at CPM Ireland, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our retail clients maintain the highest standards of compliance and operational excellence. You will be responsible for conducting audits that assess adherence to merchandising guidelines and operational processes in stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct scheduled audits of retail locations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Evaluate and report on the implementation of merchandising standards and promotional displays.
• Provide detailed feedback and actionable insights to improve operational effectiveness.
• Communicate findings in a clear and constructive manner to Store Management and CPM teams.
• Support the development of training materials and offer recommendations to improve staff performance.
• Maintain accurate records of audit outcomes, ensuring all documentation is kept up to date.

• Previous experience in a retail auditing or merchandising role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
