St Peters Nursing Home is set in the beautiful area of Castlebellingham, Co Louth we are currently looking for an Administrator/Receptionist to join our dynamic team.
Our Residents are the most important people and are at the heart of every decision we make. We want to create a Home for Home in a friendly environment. The Administrator role is vital to the success of our organisation as this person will interact with residents and their families.. We are looking for a genuine friendly and organised person.
This is a part time work placement position for 4 days a week - 9am to 5pm.
You will be trained and upskilled in overall office activities, including the reception area and mail.
You must be reliable, punctual, organised, and have demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities in a very busy environment.
As part of this you will be:
Trained in how to use Time Management Systems
Trained in to use HR IT System
Trained in to use Nursing IT System
Shown the day-to-day routines and managing the reception area
Shown how to create and up keep staff files for compliance
Supported in any sending out correspondence as requested by DON/ADON/CNM/RN
Trained in updating HR trackers and matrixes
Complete stock takes as per training
Assist with any financial admin as per training
Any other duties as requested
