From our treatment rooms and relaxation spaces to our changing facilities, thermal areas and pool, every space should feel beautifully cared for, calm and immaculate.

We are now delighted to invite applications for a Spa Evening Cleaner to join our team, working three evenings per week.

This is more than simply a cleaning role. Working after the main Spa day, you will take pride in resetting our Spa for the following morning, ensuring every guest space is immaculately clean, hygienic, beautifully presented and ready to welcome our next guests. You'll work within one of the hotel's most beautiful guest environments and become an important part of the team responsible for maintaining the standards expected of a luxury five-star Spa.

Hours: 3 evenings per week, 6pm–10pm, with working days to be agreed.

What you'll be responsible for:

• Carry out the detailed evening clean and reset of our Spa, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, changing rooms, showers, sauna, steam room and pool surrounds.
• Clean and sanitise floors, tiles, glass, mirrors, fixtures, fittings and surfaces to exceptional hygiene and presentation standards.
• Pay particular attention to wet areas and ensure all spaces are left immaculate, safe and guest-ready for the following morning.
• Complete agreed cleaning schedules and checks thoroughly and consistently.
• Use cleaning products, chemicals and equipment safely and correctly in accordance with training and hotel procedures.
• Identify and report maintenance issues, damage, defects or anything that could detract from the guest experience.
• Maintain clear communication and handovers with Facilities, the Lead Spa Receptionist and Lead Spa Therapist, ensuring priorities and outstanding issues are understood and followed through.
• Take personal pride and ownership in leaving The Spa pristine at the end of every shift.

Previous professional cleaning experience is desirable, particularly within a hotel, Spa, leisure, pool or other hygiene-sensitive environment. You'll also be:

• Exceptionally thorough, methodical and attentive to detail.
• Reliable, trustworthy and comfortable working independently.
• A clear communicator who works well across different teams.
• Comfortable with the physical requirements of the role and working within wet areas.
• Conscious of safe working practices and willing to undertake required training.
• Positive and responsive to feedback and changing operational priorities.
