Business Development Associate - Remote Work

&Open is seeking a talented and driven Business Development Associate to join our team on a part-time remote basis in Dublin, Ireland. As an Associate level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in business development or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resilient and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and generate new business opportunities. 2. Identify potential clients and partners through market research and networking. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized solutions to clients. 5. Prepare and deliver professional presentations to key stakeholders. 6. Plan and execute sales campaigns to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in business development or a related role. 3. Excellent presentation and communication skills. 4. Strong planning and organizational skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
