Business Development Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Stripe is seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding our customer base. This part-time position offers great flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.

Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets - Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential clients - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients - Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and performance

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Strong research and negotiation skills - Confident and energetic personality - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
