Job Description: Penneys is seeking a dedicated and independent Remote Business Development Associate to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As an Associate Level position, this role requires at least 4 years of experience in business development or related fields. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends - Develop and implement strategies to attract new business and expand the company's client base - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create effective sales pitches and presentations - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business development - Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators - Prepare and present reports on sales results and business development activities
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent research and analytical skills - Innovative mindset with the ability to think outside of the box - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience working remotely or in a virtual office environment is a plus
