Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Smurfit Kappa Group is seeking a part-time Business Development Associate to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in business development. We are looking for a resourceful and dedicated individual with a strong attention to detail and a cooperative mindset.

Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create strategies for growth - Conduct market research and analyze trends - Assist in the development of sales presentations and proposals - Track and report on sales performance metrics - Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field - 3+ years of experience in business development - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience using CRM software is a plus
