Business Development Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Associate to join our team at Qualtrics Ireland in Waterford, Munster. As an entry-level position, this role offers the opportunity to kickstart your career in business development within a rapidly expanding company.

Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities - Assist in developing and implementing strategic sales plans - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads and drive revenue growth - Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities - Assist in developing proposals and negotiating contracts

Requirements: - Resilient and hardworking individual with a positive attitude - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think creatively and critically - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
