Business Development Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and independent Business Development Associate to join our team at CRH plc. This is a part-time remote position based in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Research and identify new business opportunities - Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients - Create and deliver presentations to key stakeholders - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for growth - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

Requirements: - Driven individual with a track record of achieving business development targets - Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate ideas - Innovative thinker who can come up with creative solutions to business challenges - Experience working remotely and managing tasks independently - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
