We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our team at TikTok Dublin. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Limerick, Munster, Ireland. As an Entry Level Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our client base.

Responsibilities: 1. Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking. 2. Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. 3. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth. 4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns. 5. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process. 6. Analyze market trends and competitors to stay ahead of industry developments. 7. Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review. 8. Travel to client meetings and industry events as required.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2. 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role. 3. Resilient and passionate personality traits. 4. Strong leadership and research skills. 5. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Travel flexibility.
