Business Development Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Boston Scientific Ireland is seeking a motivated and driven Business Development Associate to join our team. This part-time position allows for remote work from home in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Responsibilities: - Research and identify potential business opportunities - Contact and build relationships with prospective clients - Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement sales strategies - Maintain and update CRM system with client information and interactions - Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities - Provide regular reports on sales and business development activities - Meet and exceed sales targets and goals

Requirements: - 2 years of business development experience - Resilient and resourceful personality traits - Emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
