ASQ International is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Early Years Teacher to join a highly regarded international school in Milan. The ideal candidate will be fully qualified to teach Early Years, ideally holding a PGCE and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), and must already have the legal right to work in Europe. The ideal candidate



  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field

  • Possesses a PGCE and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Minimum of 3 years’ teaching experience in Early Years

  • Strong knowledge of the Curriculum of England and experience with international school settings

  • Demonstrates creativity, patience, and the ability to inspire young learners through play‑based and inquiry‑based approaches

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues

  • Collaborative team player who contributes to curriculum development and extracurricular activities

  • Must already have the legal right to work in Europe Passionate about fostering curiosity, independence, and a love of learning in young children
