We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join our Due Diligence and AML team.

This is a 12 month fix-term, full time position based in Milan.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and validating identity verification processes, ensuring that customer identification is accurate, complete, and fully compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

This is a highly operational role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high volumes of activity while consistently maintaining the highest quality standards.

You will: 

• Review and verify the consistency between system data and identity verification documentation;


• Identify discrepancies, errors, or potential fraud indicators;


• Escalate non-compliant or suspicious cases in accordance with internal procedures;


• Accurately update verification statuses across internal systems;


• Ensure adherence to operational timelines and defined SLAs;


• Collaborate with Risk and Compliance teams on escalations and complex cases. 

You’ll be great for this role if: 

• High school diploma or university degree (preferred but not mandatory);


• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy;


• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and quality;


• Solid IT skills and confidence in using digital tools and platforms;


• High level of reliability, accountability, and discretion in handling sensitive data;


• At least B2/C1 level English;


• Italian mother tongue.

Nice to have:

•  Previous experience in KYC, AML, fraud prevention, or customer operations roles;


•  Experience in fintech, banking, or e-commerce environments;


• Knowledge of digital identity verification processes.
