The Senior B2B Food Execution Specialist is responsible for developing and coordinating digitization projects with B2B partners within the Food channel, with primary ownership of a major international agribusiness client's Brazil-based workstream. This role manages a data-intensive project end-to-end (queries, scripts, reporting), strengthens the partnership with the client's local team, and provides secondary support on other Food channel projects as needed. The position ensures timely delivery of contracted items, monitors and reports on KPIs, and works in close daily alignment with the Global Food Sales Execution Manager.

Hard Skills

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Project Management / Execution roles
• Comfortable working with data using AI-assisted tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) to build and troubleshoot SQL (BigQuery) queries and Python scripts autonomously: does not need to write code unaided, but must understand the underlying logic well enough to direct the AI, validate the output, and spot errors
• Understanding of B2B food/agri-food industry dynamics and customer needs
• Knowledge of the xFarm solution and its implementation within a B2B food context is a plus
• Data-driven approach: ability to independently structure and analyze project performance data to guide decisions and troubleshoot data quality issues
• Tools: MS Office Suite, Notion, Salesforce, MongoDB, BI tools (Tableau, Metabase), AI chatbots (ChatGPT, Claude)
• Languages: Fluent English required (C1). Portuguese (Brazilian) is a strong plus, given close and frequent coordination with a Brazil-based team that primarily communicates in Portuguese. Italian is a plus.

Responsibilities

Business

• Own execution of a strategic international client's Brazil-based workstream: data analysis, query building, Python scripting, and reporting (e.g. emissions/sustainability analysis, cultivation log imports)
• Ensure timely delivery of contracted items and maintain high customer satisfaction on the project
• Ensure proper project management and keep Notion/Salesforce documentation up to date
• Monitor and report on project KPIs to assess status and progress
• Provide secondary support on other Food channel projects as prioritized by the Global Food Sales Execution Manager, without primary ownership
• Update and maintain project documentation for proper know-how sharing, particularly ahead of contract end / handover

Team

• Coordinate daily with the client's Brazil-based local team, acting as a point of reference given limited English proficiency on the local side
• Align regularly with the Global Food Sales Execution Manager on priorities, blockers, and data quality issues
• Interact with internal departments (Product, Tech, Data) to resolve technical and data issues as they arise
• Share knowledge and learnings with the wider execution team

What we offer:

• Contract type: Fixed-term contract (maternity leave replacement)
• Duration: 6–8 months
• Salary: €35,000–40,000 gross per annum (RAL), commensurate with experience
