Descrizione Lavoro - AIQAC DIRECTOR

Overview:

The AIQAC DIRECTOR plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of artificial intelligence solutions within the organization. They are responsible for leading the AIQAC (Artificial Intelligence Quality Assurance and Compliance) team developing and implementing quality assurance processes and driving continuous improvement in AIQAC standards. The AIQAC DIRECTOR collaborates with crossfunctional teams to establish best practices and mitigate risks related to AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement AIQAC strategies policies and procedures.
  • Lead mentor and manage the AIQAC team to ensure effective performance and adherence to standards.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to validate the compliance of AI solutions with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with AI development teams to integrate quality assurance processes throughout the AI development lifecycle.
  • Identify and address quality and compliance issues by implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Monitor and analyze AIQAC metrics to drive improvements and optimize performance.
  • Engage with external regulators and auditors to facilitate audits and ensure compliance.
  • Oversee the documentation and reporting of AIQAC activities and findings.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes to enhance AIQAC standards.
  • Coordinate training programs to educate staff on AIQAC requirements and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  • First preference in education institutes experience.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance and compliance within the AI or technology industry.
  • Strong knowledge of AIQAC standards frameworks and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional problemsolving and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Certifications in quality management or AIQAC (e.g. CQA CSQA AICP) would be advantageous.
  • Experience with audit processes and regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving quality improvement initiatives.
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies for AIQAC assessment and reporting.
