Digital Processes Engineer

RINA is currently recruiting for a Digital Processes Engineer to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Certification Digital Development Division.

Mission

Supporting and driving BU Certification operativity to achieve their objectives in terms of efficiency and efficacy through the digitalization of the applications and programs ecosystem. #LI-MC1

Key Accountabilities

• Accountable for standard and custom configuration of Salesforce platform profiles, communications, layouts, forms, work plan templates, report and dashboards.
• Accountable to collect the requests of the business requirements satisfying the stakeholders need and the relevant regulations, gaining their approval, negotiating priorities with IT PMs and defining development planning.
• Accountable to manage the User Acceptance Test phase involving the users and IT PMs as necessary. #LI-MC1

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering

Qualifications

• Salesforce Certifications: administrator, APP builder, preferential knowledge of Field Service (and Field Service APP)
• 2 experience in standard and custom configuration of profiling, communications, layouts, forms, work plan templates
• 2 experience in setting up reports and dashboards
• Salesforce Commerce Cloud Knowledge
• Knowledge of B2Publish or equivalent programs
• Proficiency in English (B2 written/spoken)
• Knowledge of Azure Devops.
