Descrizione Lavoro - Organization and Labour Relations Officer

Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organisation that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural disasters and exclusion from healthcare.
As a partner section, MSF Italy is engaged in saving lives and alleviating suffering through fundraising; communication and advocacy, recruitment and deployment of field workers; as well as running operations in Italy and supporting international operations through expertise and other kinds of direct support.
The Organization and Labor relations Officer , reports to the Organization and Labour Relations Coordinator, is responsible for maintenance of all the Job descriptions.
Supports the line manager on the contract compliance & legal analysis for all the staff of MSF Italy. She/he supports legal feasibility and studies relative to HRM matters, policies and procedure.

Labour Relation and Legal HR:

  • Support in the legal verification of employment contracts (feasibility of the contract, green light for cross admin, formats compliant with the evolution of labor law in Italy...);
  • Support in legal feasibility and studies relating to human resources management issues;
  • Collaboration to review and update all legal aspects of HR policies;

Organizational analysis and development:

  • Accountability for maintenance of all the JD;
  • Accountability for maintaining the Organizational Chart;

Com & Ben:

  • Support for the Com&Ben framework and specific agreements in this regard (agreements);
  • Support in defining guidelines for Com&Ben packages based on the different target populations.

Key requirement/education:

  • Educational background consistent with the position;
  • Thorough knowledge of the CCNL of Commerce;
  • Thorough knowledge of labor law issues;
  • Knowledge of organizational analysis;
  • B2 English level;

  • Planning and organization;
  • Initiative and innovation.

Work experiences:

  • 2 years of experience in legal HR;

 

Added value/asset:

  • Specific training in administration and management of human resources.

 

Positions details:

 

  • Contract: fixed-term contract of 12months. Level II of Italian CCNL of Commerce. Part time 50%
  • Gross Annual Salary: 31.506€ - max 38.121€ (for a full time). Salary will be commensurate to the part-time and depending on the experience of the selected candidate
  • Expected start date: July 2024
  • Location: Hybrid. MSF Italy Rome, and from home.
