Overview

We are looking for a passionate and responsible Software Developer with at least 2 years of experience and expertise with PHP and 1 years of experience in Laravel to join our team who should be able to create a functional and attractive platform while mentoring the team members and ensuring great user experience.

Key results

1. Connect with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide better solutions.

2. Able to solve potential problems.

3. Writing reusable code considering edge cases and unpredictable user behaviour

4. Design thinking and building solutions with scalability and stability in mind.

Key activities

1. Building features from scratch and improving the existing ones in PHP/Laravel

2. Writing quality code with proper documentation/comments and best practices

3. Communicating the work progress with manager and other stakeholders as applicable

4. Performing other relevant day to day operational tasks

Areas of responsibilities

1. The assigned projects from endtoend

2. Communication from the design phase/requirements to announcing the launch

3. Being a team player or working independently as applicable.

Critical factors for success

1. 2 years of experience with PHP

2. 1 years of experience with Laravel

3. Good understanding/experience working with MySQL OOPS

4. Seamless communication with your manager and other team members

5. Close alignment with RLs core values and principles
