As we continue to expand our services, we are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join us as the Manager of Clinical Learning and Education.

As the Manager of Clinical Learning and Education within the Global Home Products team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for our global home products and therapies. You will be responsible for training and education responsibilities within the Learning and Education team. This role requires a blend of clinical expertise in home dialysis, instructional design, training and leadership skills to drive excellence in education within Fresenius Medical Care.

This is a full-time hybrid (work from home and in-office days) position, offering flexibility in location across Europe.

What does the role involve?

You will:

• Develop, implement, and evaluate training curriculum across global home products and therapies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs, develop training materials, and deliver effective educational sessions both in-person and virtually.
• Create and maintain educational resources, including manuals, e-learning modules, and multimedia content, to support ongoing learning and development.
• Participate in the delivery of first level home products and therapies training for all home products.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements of global key customers and competitors to align training practices with external partners.

About You, you will:

• Renal Nursing qualification or equivalent level of experience
• Experience in Home Dialysis- HHD and PD
• Experience in a training and development role
• Proven track record of delivering relevant, engaging clinical content with strong analysis and evaluation.
• Strong management skills with the ability to serve on cohesive and productive teams.
• Demonstrates a broad knowledge of global trends and opportunities within home therapies.
• Strong communication, instructional and management capabilities
