As Concierge you will be the first point of contact for our Guests throughout their stay, mastering an outstanding service during all stages of their stay. Your responsibilities include: Being the friendly face that responds promptly to guest inquiries, providing information and assistance. Exhibiting your impeccable knowledge of the local scene, becoming the source for hidden gems and must-see spots. Welcoming every guest with authentic and genuine hospitality, setting the tone for their stay. Tailoring personalized recommendations, directions and reservations, transforming trips into unforgettable experiences. Efficiently managing guest messages and requests. Staying updated about hotel services, guest needs, and special events. Elevate the lobby and Front Desk into spaces of comfort and style, while ensuring standards and safety compliance. Adhering to policies and procedures when working front of house equipment and property management systems. Exceed expectations revealing: A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality. Familiarity with Opera PMS for efficient operations. 2+ years’ experience in 5-star hotels as a Concierge Excellent communication skills. Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges and complaint resolution finesse. A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service. Impeccable grooming standards. Versatility in handling various work scenarios. Enthusiasm when being assigned to both individual and team-oriented tasks. Mastery of the local area, enhancing guest experiences.
