Job Description

The Mobility Aftermarket department for Robert Bosch GmbH, have a unique opportunity for a Customer Logistics coordinator. In this role you will be responsible for an important customer key account.

Your contribution to something big:

• Preferred interface between the customer and our central logistics organization (replenishment, transport, and warehouse);
• Proactive tracking and monitoring of customer orders and delivery dates with the aim of achieving customer satisfaction;
• Implementation and follow up of customer requirements;
• Close coordination and collaboration with the sales team;
• Monitoring stock levels, proactive follow-up of discrepancies;
• Creation and analysis of KPIs and implement corrective measures.

Contribute to the continuous improvement process

• Suggest process improvements using digitalization and automation tools;
• Deriving recommendations for action using data analysis/interpretations (example with PowerBI);

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Education (Bachelor/ Master) in logistics;
• Customer oriented;
• Structured and organized;
• Negotiation skills;
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team;
• Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written;
• Excellent Microsoft Office and computer skills;
• Able to multitask;
• Knowledge of SAP and previous supply chain experience - desirable;
