Responsibilities The London Sales Executive will support the Harrods Sales Team for providing customers with all the requested information and advise them concerning acquisitions by ensuring an outstanding sales experience, developing the business. The London Sales Executive directly reports to the Cassina London Sales Manager. Main Activities Meet and greet customers that come into the Showroom providing outstanding level of hospitality (selling ceremony); Develop new business relationships and identify opportunities to promote the expansion of private and professional customers in order to increase turnover; Maintain strong relationships with existing customers; Ensure the proper display of products and visual marketing in accordance with the standards set by the company; Support and participate in the implementation of all company events and activities; Support and attend all business events and activities; Optimize showroom performance; Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing Department and Global Retail Director to identify and implement initiatives to increase store traffic; Identify and suggests actions to further expand the company database through client data registration and profiling; Ensure real-time reporting to Headquarter by guaranteeing the use of the company information system and other reporting/CRM tools, providing all relevant information regarding sales quotes, leads, client visits; Provide regular Sales forecasts; Use the company’s KPI monitoring tools to do regular Business Reviews; Apply the processes and operating rules of Harrods. Experience and Education Degree in Interior Design or Architecture, other academic background will be evaluated; Minimum 5 years of sales management experience with the design/furniture industry; Attitude in working towards goals. Technical and Soft skills Excellent customer relations skills; Excellent skills in English, a second language will be appreciated; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proactive and strong sales oriented, positive attitude and enthusiastic; Polite and customer oriented; Good knowledge of sales forecasting and sales pipeline management; Ability to manage time and prioritize; Charismatic, influential, able to impress and attract clients.
