To strengthen our global Digital Business Development team, we are looking for a Digital Commerce & Merchandizing Expert. This global role enables and empowers local/market operative management and execution of digital sales channels, to pursue a true omnichannel approach and achievement of the business results across all channelsOur purpose is to globally develop, scale and empower the digital and digitally enabled businesses and relationships of our sales and marketing organization via scalable, sustainable and profitable solutions. In the global Digital Commerce and Merchandizing service, we ensure consistent brand visibility and availability in all relevant digital channels by constantly creating, improving and optimizing the various digital shelves via persona-based and mission-focused offerings, maximizing growth options and financial viability.Digital Commerce & Merchandizing Expert (w/m/d)YOUR TASKSDeploying the global Digital Commerce & Merchandizing growth strategy and roadmap, developing best practices and guidelines for local markets for successful end-to-end into market executionEnsuring that guidelines are cascaded and being followed & executed by local markets (e.g. sales and merchandizing plan, business review, P&L/budget/forecast/KPIs, selling levers, JBPs, etc.)Securing commercial success & business objective achievement in digital channels (marketplaces, omni-retailer, own store, quick commerce, social commerce) in various business modelsDelivering evolutional and operational consultancy in the sales and merchandizing area to local teams as well as identification of weaknesses and enablement of growth & evolution improvementsCollaboration with internal global teams, to drive progression in the organization, and local/market teams to empower local channel management and executionMaximum exploitation of the digital sales tools and platforms (e.g. own e-commerce, syndication, …) and the respective functionalities/features to guarantee ROI and adoptionProject management of initiatives implementation to evolve existing digital commerce and merchandizing activitiesOperatively setup and drive global channel management (e.g. Alibaba.com)Support on ecommerce platforms and marketplaces accounts (e.g Seller Central, Vendor Central, …)YOUR PROFILEEconomics degree3-5 years experience in similar roles with global-local setups (D2C, FMCG/CPG, Retail are strong advantage)Commercially driven, solution oriented and data-drivenSales, Operations, Marketing and Online channel management knowledge and experienceStrong personality, proactive and with good organizational skillsHighly committed talent with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent knowledge of English and Italian, German is a plusOUR OFFERExciting role with a wide range of tasks and responsibilitiesInclusive and structured onboarding plan supported by the Loacker AcademyFun at work, a friendly, collegial relationships at eye level, as well as the commitment to common goalsHome office possibility (3+2 setup)Location: Bolzano (BZ)If you are looking for a challenging growth opportunity in an open and motivated team and future-oriented environment, apply now.
