The Executive Assistant and Marketing Specialist manages and administers core marketing technology platforms. In a role as Executive assistant, provide support for Executive People. This role provides direct administrative support to executives in a Business Unit. The position seeks ways to leverage existing marketing technology to improve processes and ensure a consistent corporate message and brand. The position reports to the General Manager.
• Responsible for gathering information or data from the Executive’s direct reports and compile into reports/presentations. • Responsible for prioritizing all requests for meetings and appointments. Must proactively manage the calendar in all cases, and make necessary adjustments. Conflicts are to be recognized and avoided, plus amounts of time to complete tasks estimated. • Acts as the first contact for those outside the company, as well as the contact inside the company; must reflect the company in a positive light in every situation. • Managing the general manager's expense reports. Coordinates multiple travel schedules and details (e.g. Flight)
• Manage & administer digital marketing tools, primary contact & internal technical expert on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), HubSpot (or equivalent marketing automation tool), and Digital Asset Management (DAM).
•Manage Kemin website and lead management.
•Responsible for creative inbound marketing tool designs and enforcing design standards.
•Develop reports on key metrics and offer insights for business improvement via digital tools.
•Automate reporting of monthly analytics for websites and digital marketing campaigns.
•Identify and execute on opportunities for new content, including multimedia and video.
•Search Engine Optimization (SEO) marketing efforts to increase traffic and lead generation.
•Understand individual BU technology needs and support the creation of digital solutions using the approved KI digital marketing toolset.
•Assist the marketing team with the digital creation of marketing, public relations, and communication efforts for both internal and external communication.
•Assist with advertising and promotion activities, including print, point-of-sale, online, electronic/interactive media and direct mail.
•Organisation of tradeshow visuals, graphics and product focus in collaboration with product manager
•Work collaboratively with a diverse team on cross-organizational, integrated marketing strategies to develop sales and marketing collateral; and to prepare and execute plans that support market expansion.
•Develop quarterly Digital News or Marketing Newsletter to provide tech insights/ideas/trends.
•Develop internal communication plan such as good news and other internal communication channels
•Liaison for the Digital Marketing department by tracking and managing projects from beginning to end.
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
•Lead and coordinate projects and events which support the company’s business cause.
•Manage the Executive’s dynamic schedule while exercising a tremendous amount of discretion in determining priorities for meeting requests.
•Working with outside agencies and vendors.
•Occasionally attending shows to represent Kemin to customers and other audiences.
•Assisting in the creative development for digital marketing campaigns.
