WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to fill the role of Pharmaceutical Accounts Compliance Manager within our highly successful and expanding medical portfolio. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales and marketing teams particularly with our top pharmaceutical spending clients.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our top spending pharmaceutical clients fostering strong relationships and ensuring their compliance with paperwork and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to facilitate seamless delivery of services to our pharmaceutical clients.

• Provide assistance and guidance to clients in completing necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner ensuring prompt payment and internal adherence to their regulatory standards.

• Liaise with clients internal teams to facilitate the approval process for artwork and other materials ensuring compliance with regulatory and brand guidelines.

• Act as a liaison between clients and our internal teams effectively communicating client needs concerns and feedback.

• Stay abreast of industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and provide proactive support to clients.

• Handle client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally via phone email and inperson meetings.

• Collaborate with client legal and finance teams to develop companywide MSAs

• Collaborate with the Head of Pharmaceutical Accounts and other team members to develop strategies for enhancing client satisfaction and retention.

• Act as the CloserStill Media pharmaceutical compliance lead providing guidance and support to all departments as well as running internal training and keeping materials up to date.

• Work directly with Compliance Hub an external agency who support with pharmaceutical compliance

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a focused environment.

• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with a genuine desire to assist and support others.

• Ability to thrive in a customerfocused role where direct interaction with clients is a key aspect of the job.

• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of clients and the organization.

• Previous experience in a compliancerelated role or within the healthcare/medical/ pharmaceutical sectors is preferred but not required
