Product Support - After Sales Specialist

Now we are looking for a Product Support to join our Sales Support Team. The person will ensure assistance to customers for claims on products and deliveries, cooperating with the Sales Support Department and the Warehouse. In order to lead this role, the ideal candidate has developed good communication and problem – solving skills.

Main Responsibilities:

• Defining the type of support needed and addressing the issue to the related Dealer or Distributor;
• Evaluating claim requests and collecting evidences of product defection or deliveries unconformity;
• Identifying the nature of product defection and sending products for CQ inspections or product repair;
• Producing credit notes in the system;
• Producing waybill for shipping or repaired products;
• Creating a reports regarding claims and all related information.

Job requirements:

• High school graduation;
• At least 3 years of working experience in the field of technical apparel;
• Fluency in English;
• Fluency in Spanish or German;
• Good knowledge of AS400 or SAP;
• Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment;
• Passion for motorsports;
• The knowledge of Salesforce is welcome.
