• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Manage existing accounts and nurture client relationships to drive sales growth.
• Identify and capitalise on market trends and opportunities to gain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the relevant markets.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to meet with clients and prospects.
• Technical knowledge of Personal Care product formulation.
• Fluency in Italian and English languages.
