If this sounds appealing, then you may be our Senior Manager Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A), for our Italian affiliate based in Rome.The PositionAs our Senior Manager FP&A, you will enhance the commercial success of NovoNordisk by defining, implementing and monitoring relevant business processes and frameworks in the FP&A and Business Information areas.Furthermore, you will:-Be a strong Business Partner to senior management and peers and a role model team lead guiding and  inspiring people to deliver high results
-Guide budgeting process, including defining assumptions, forecasting, uptake curves, new launches, etc.
-Drive performance improvements to unlock productivity and accelerate execution, providing insights to the business through analytics and market research as required
-Support the implementation of evidence-based decision making by applying thoughtful analytics to business opportunities, identifying success metrics and developing reporting to track progress against goals
-Support key stakeholders in driving performance for the whole portfolio across different therapeutic areas

 QualificationsTo be successful for this position you have a Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or any relevant field and at least 6 yrs of similar working experience, preferably within pharmaceutical industry.In addition, you have:-Excellent communication, presentations skills and management with confidence of various stakeholders at different levels of seniority.
-Bold people management with the ability to guide, motivate and inspire your team through high performance
-Knowledge of Italian pharmaceutical market and good network in the Italian/ European Finance Community
-Fluency in English, both written and spoken, Italian language would be considered a plus
