NewCold's continuous growth means we are constantly recruiting people all over the world to join the company and help building our success. For our Italian Piacenza Team in the Fiorenzuola D'Arda, we are looking for an enthusiastic Stock Controller to join our team.

What will you do?

• Direct responsible for the qualitative and quantitative accuracy of the stock;
• Daily relation and collaboration with customers in order to guarantee the correctness of the stock on both sides;
• Responsible to create a professional and reliable relation with the customer;
• Daily collaboration and support of the planning and customer service departments;
• Daily control of operational mistakes that can influence the stock;
• Direct responsible for Main KPI Site Reports;
• Daily monitoring of the adjustments in the system, Stock reconciliation, collaboration with other departments in order to achieve continuous improvement of the operations and stock management.

Who are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of professional experience in stock management, previous key roles like stock manager or equivalent;
• Good knowledge of at least one Warehouse Management System (WMS);
• Experience with KPI's and improvement models;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel;
• Process-oriented understanding, problem solving skills;
• Fluent command over the English language;
• Nice to have considered a plus:

- STEM Degree;
- Previous experience in an international organization;
- IT systems and applications troubleshooting skills.
