Majority of travel will be in China.\n\n * Excellent communication and relationship\u2011building skills with multicultural, cross\u2011functional audiences\n\n * Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands\u2011on execution and detailed follow\u2011through\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field\n\n * Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian and Chinese is a strong plus\n\n\n\n\nPreferred Minimum Qualifications\n\n * Bachelor\u0027s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.\n\n * 4+ years of Product Management or related work experience.\n\n\n\n\nBonus Points\n\n * Experience with embedded systems, electronics manufacturing, or consumer hardware\n\n * Familiarity with the Arduino ecosystem, maker communities, or open\u2011source hardware\n\n * Background in OEM/ODM collaboration, hardware sourcing, or global supply chains\n\n * Ability to evaluate technical documentation, schematics, and compatibility requirements\n\n * Experience writing partner\u2011facing documentation, guidelines, or technical onboarding materials\n\n\n\n\nIf you\u0027re excited about this role and our mission but don\u2019t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
