About the Role \n\n \n\nThe Account Manager (AM) manages the end-to-end sales process for specific customer segments by identifying commercial opportunities, driving account planning, and executing regional and local sales strategies. The role focuses on business growth, expanding BSC\u2019s market share, securing product positioning, and ensuring market penetration. Commercial activities target both clinical and economic stakeholders to deliver sustainable results. \n\n \n\nLocation: with an ideal base in Emilia-Romagna, the territory to be covered will include Emilia-Romagna and Liguria. \n\n \n\n \n\n \n\n \n\nKey Responsibilities \n\n \n\n * Contribute to the annual strategic plan by providing RSM, BUM, and Marketing with detailed business intelligence (market trends, opportunities, competitive landscape, and stakeholder insights). \n\n\n\n\n * Understand account needs and expectations; develop detailed account plans, support RSM in Top Tier 1 accounts and manage Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 accounts autonomously. \n\n\n\n\n * Design and execute sales strategies and activities aligned with account plans and regional targets. \n\n\n\n\n * Ensure clinical support in the operating room during procedures when required, alongside commercial responsibilities. \n\n\n\n\n \n\n \n\n \n\nYour Responsibilities Will Include \n\n \n\n * Develop stakeholder maps, define touchpoints, and maintain accurate account information in systems. \n\n\n\n\n * Build and maintain relationships with economic stakeholders and clinical KOLs, promoting health economics arguments and engaging decision-makers on commercial programs and solutions. \n\n\n\n\n * Support clinical colleagues in identifying and managing sales opportunities arising from clinical support; perform clinical selling with RSM guidance. \n\n\n\n\n * Provide clinical support in the operating room during procedures as part of the overall commercial and clinical activity. \n\n\n\n\n * Gather insights on tenders and negotiation opportunities; plan and prepare proposals based on account understanding.
