Join us as our new Account Manager Dairy in Italy.
In Novonesis Dairy we need experts able to commercialize bacteria cultures and enzymes delivering the best technical service to our dairy customers and partners.

Welcome to the Italian Sales Team dedicated to the dairy industry.
You will join a dynamic team of four technical sales representatives within a department of seven highly qualified professionals. The collaborative environment will offer you opportunities for professional and personal development, knowledge sharing, achieving ambitious results, and making a significant impact to Novonesis business and to the Italian dairy industry as a whole.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Coordinating all aspects of customer relationships and interactions: sales, technical, innovation, quality, etc., both internally and externally.
• Providing sales and technical support to your customers.
• Analyzing and mapping the market to identify trends and opportunities.
• Developing new business opportunities and negotiating terms and conditions of sale.
• Managing the planning and implementation of activities and ensuring the achievement of set goals.
• Sharing knowledge and ideas, participating in group projects, and collaborating with colleagues on various initiatives, both locally and internationally.
• Interacting with external professional networks, such as technical institutes, industry schools, or dairy industry organizations, to build connections and stay informed about industry developments.

To succeed you must hold:

• Solid technical expertise in dairy technologies, particularly in the production of cheese and fermented products, with qualifications such as a degree in food technology or equivalent.
• Significant professional experience in the dairy industry (5+ years), in production, research & development, quality management, and similar roles, preferably involving the use of bacteria cultures and/or enzymes.
• Native Italian and fluent English (B2 level or higher)
• Will to learn and improve continuously, motivated by new challenges and look-forward attitude
• Strong team player, naturally inclined to provide support to others and to ask for help.
