For our branch in Melbourne, we are looking for an Accountant and Back Office Specialist  to support the strategic activities of the Company, managing all the economic, accounting, and financial processes from an administrative point of view.

Responsibilities

1. Accounting : Co-supervised by the Tax & Accounting Advisor, manage general bookkeeping (payables and receivables), billing process, payments, reconciliation of Bank Statements and accounts; prepare fiscal reports.

2. HR Management : Co-supervised by the Payroll Advisor and the Company's HQ, calculate work hours, overtime, expense reimbursements for a team of 16 employees.
3. Order Service : Support the Technical Department for:

  • weekly / daily sales orders’ timesheets.
  • travel booking (local-long stays).
  • quotes on Sage (knowledge of Salesforce is a plus).
  • internal communication, policies, and reports.
  • 4. Controlling: Assisted by the Company's HQ, ensure management accounting analysis and accruals; prepare annual budgets, as well as monthly-controlling and financial reports.

    Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting or Degree in Economics.
  • 5+ years of experience as Accountant or a similar role.
  • Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Focus on high-quality work.
  • Working experience on SAGE; knowledge of SAP will be considered a plus. 
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
  • Other Requirements

  • Driving license and car owner.
  • Permanent work permit, or temporary (2 years minimum) rights to work in Australia with no restrictions.
