Accounting Specialist (Full time)

The company has recently opened two offices in Piedmont, in Settimo Torinese and Torino, and is expanding rapidly with a particular focus on micro and small satellite technology. During this growth phase, we are looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our finance teamand contribute to the proper management of accounting and reporting processes.

Job Overview

The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for executing and monitoring daily accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and supporting periodic financial reporting. This role is crucial for maintaining compliance with fiscal regulations and supporting management in financial decision-making.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day general accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations.

• Ensure proper recording of financial transactions in compliance with Italian fiscal and corporate regulations.

• Process invoices, payments, and receipts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.

• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow monitoring.

• Collaborate with external consultants and auditors for tax, legal, and compliance requirements.

• Prepare and maintain financial documentation, including ledgers, reports, and statements.

• Contribute to the development and standardization of accounting and administrativeprocedures.

• Provide support in reporting activities to management and international partners.

• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

• At least 4+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in structured or international companies.
• Good knowledge of Italian accounting principles and fiscal regulations.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting management software (e.g., Zucchetti, SAP, or
• equivalent).
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proactive, flexible, and able to work both independently and within a team.
