Descrizione Lavoro - Administrative Assistant (Sostituzione maternità)
As Administrative Assistant you will be in charge of the main administrative activities in Buddyfit. You will take part in the admin&finance team, coordinating the day-to-day business operations.
Accounting and administrationactivities relating to the company's economic transactions (e.g. purchase orders, prime entries, registration of invoices, bank payments etc.)
Accounts receivable billing and monitoring
Administration of the company's software for tracking attendance and absences
Travel bookings – Flight, hotel, car and rail
General office administration, upkeep of office equipment and maintaining office supplies
External consultant relationships ( e.g labour consultant, tax consultant)
Degree in economics/finance would be appreciated
You have a basic understanding fundamental tax and accountingprinciples
Good knowledge of written and spoken english
You love your job: you like to reach goals and have a positive attitude
You are excited to work in a fast growing company, where everything changes and transforms quickly
You are passionate about the administrative and accounting world
Propensity to work in a team
Good interpersonal relationship skills
