Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Prepare sustainable Business Plans 

• Develop Growth Strategies

• Assess market opportunities

• Define Go-To-Market strategies

• Design operating models and organization

• Commercial due diligences

Your unique strengths

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management, Energy or Management Engineering
• Bachelor's and Master's Degree respectively above 105/110 and 108/110
• 1 to 4 years of previous work experiences in consulting firm or international corporate companies
• Strong sector expertise is a "nice to have"
• MBA is a plus
• Proficient in Italian and English at a business level (minimum C1);
• Strong commitment to work in consulting, with a can-do attitude, an ability to deliver excellence and stand out among your peers
• Team player and self-starter with excellent communication skills, an attitude to independent reasoning and attention to details
