PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The AI Analyst will support the development and execution of artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives across the organization, with a strong focus on manufacturing and plant operations. This role reports directly to Global IT and works closely with plant teams to identify, pilot, and scale AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making. This role is part of our global digital transformation strategy aimed at embedding AI capabilities into manufacturing operations.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

EXPERIENCE

Data analytics, AI/ML, or related technical role (internships acceptable).

Tools such as Python, SQL, Excel, or similar data/analytics platforms.

KNOWLEDGE

Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and data analysis techniques.

Exposure to visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) preferred.

Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial processes (nice to have).

Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Basic understanding of automation tools (Power Automate, scripting, etc.).

ENGLISH

Advanced level.
