Role Summary and Impact     

We are seeking an AI & Content Creation Specialist, a curious and proactive emerging talent ready to make an impact within our dynamic creative team. 

This position offers a unique blend of innovative, AI-driven content generation and agile, real-time content production. We are looking for a hybrid profile, shaped by technological evolution: someone who spends the morning generating impossible visuals with AI for a pitch and the afternoon backstage at an event, editing a Reel in 10 minutes to publish in real-time on a client’s social channels. 

You will work cross-functionally across various clients, with a primary focus on our social retainer accounts. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Specialize in utilizing WPP Open (WPP Group's AI platform) to generate visual assets, storyboards, mood boards, videos and finished social content to support the creative output. 

• Act as our "eyes on the ground" during events. Create real-time coverage, develop snackable social content (e.g. Reels, TikToks, "run & gun" interviews), and execute light photo/video shoots (e.g. backstage). 

• Support the ideation and drafting of creative editorial plans in collaboration with the Art and Copy teams. 

• Actively contribute to the creation of social media strategies and special activations, bringing fresh perspectives on trends and formats. 

Requirements 

• 1-2 years of relevant experience or a strong portfolio demonstrating high potential. We value enthusiasm and tech-savviness over long seniority: we want someone we can help grow, who can in turn help us master the technologies of tomorrow. 

• Excellent understanding of social media platforms, current trends, visual languages, and best practices (TikTok, Instagram, etc.). 

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere) is essential. 

• Familiarity with AI platforms used to support production processes and mastery of smartphone video editing tools (e.g., CapCut or similar) is required. 

• Strong collaborative spirit, proactive attitude, and ability to work effectively within a fast-paced creative team. 

• Good English language proficiency to facilitate international communication and participation in WPP Open training sessions.
