In Data, AI & Analytics Dept., we are dedicated to the evolution and optimization of the entire data-related value chain. We ensure structured and strategic management of the IT assets, defining the most advanced architectures and analysis methodologies to oversee the main drivers of efficiency and innovation. In particular, you will be responsible for:​

•  Ensure quality, reliability, and technical certification of AI integrations on the platform, overseeing the entire solution lifecycle: design, testing, debugging, validation, and production release.
• Implement and validate integrations between the AI platform and external systems, including APIs, application services, and AI models exposed as services.
• Support the technical design of integrations, collaborating with development and product teams.
• Provide technical support during the design, development, testing, and release phases of integrations.
• Define and execute test plans for AI integrations, including functional tests, regression tests, and reliability/stability tests, and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Validate the robustness of AI flows through input/output analysis, edge cases, failure modes, and non‑deterministic behaviors (debugging and troubleshooting).
• Perform root cause analysis on complex bugs and incidents.

What skills are we looking for?​

• At least 2 years of prior experience in the role;
• Excellent knowledge of Python (testing, scripting, backend);
• • Strong proficiency with REST APIs / JSON and microservices architectures;
• Experience with integration testing and test automation;
• Familiarity with LLM‑based systems and AI/ML pipelines;
• Ability to work with non‑deterministic systems;
• Proficiency with AI orchestration and agent frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and similar tools.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of basic MLOps concepts and of logging, monitoring, and debugging tools;
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and multi‑stage environments (dev / test / staging / prod);
• Familiarity with document databases and/or vector stores.
