Pramac, part of the world’s leading gas generator and third largest diesel generator manufacturer, is looking for a AI Specialist to join the Team.

The AI Specialist will support the design, implementation, and adoption of Artificial Intelligence solutions across the organization, with a particular focus on improving business processes, marketing effectiveness, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.

Working closely with the AI Leader, IT teams, Marketing teams, and business stakeholders, the AI Specialist will work on prioritizing AI opportunities, develop AI-powered solutions, manage AI tools and platforms, and drive user adoption while ensuring compliance with company governance and security standards.

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy Execution

  • Support the execution of the company AI roadmap defined by the AI Leader.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI technologies to business challenges.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and vendors.
  • Contribute to AI governance, best practices, and standards.
     

AI Solutions Development

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered applications and automations.
  • Build and optimize Generative AI use cases using LLMs (Copilot, Salesforce Agentforce, Anthropic, etc.).
  • Develop AI assistants, copilots, chatbots, and workflow automations.
  • Integrate AI solutions with existing business systems (ERP, CRM, marketing platforms, knowledge bases).
     

Data & Technology Management

  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper data availability and quality.
  • Support data preparation, model fine-tuning, and prompt engineering activities.
  • Monitor AI system performance and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, privacy, and data governance requirements.
     

Marketing & Business Enablement

  • Support Sales and Customer Service AI initiatives.
  • Train business users on AI tools and best practices.

     

Change Management & Adoption

  • Support the promotion of AI adoption across departments.
  • Develop training materials, documentation, and user guides.
  • Conduct workshops and demonstrations.
  • Act as an internal AI evangelist.

     

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in:
    • Computer Science
    • Data Science
    • Information Technology
    • Engineering
    • Related field

Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in:
    • AI solutions
    • Data analytics
    • Automation
    • Digital transformation
    • Marketing technology
       

Technical Skills

  • Generative AI platforms and LLMs
  • Prompt engineering
  • Python
  • SQL
  • APIs and integrations
  • Power Platform / Power Automate
  • Cloud AI platforms
  • Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals
     

Marketing Technology Knowledge

  • CRM platforms (Salesforce, Hubspot)
  • Marketing automation platforms
  • Customer journey analytics
     

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing enterprise AI solutions.
  • Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Experience with vector databases and knowledge management systems.
  • Understanding of MLOps concepts.
  • AI certifications are a plus (Microsoft AI Engineer, Salesforce Agentforce, Google AI, OpenAI certifications, etc.)
     

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
  • Curiosity and continuous learning attitude.
  • Project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across IT, Marketing, and Business teams.
