AM - Procurement Analyst (COE)

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and enhance procurement dashboards and reports (spend analysis, savings, compliance, supplier performance, KPIs).Translate procurement data into actionable insights for leadership and business stakeholders.Support KPI tracking for buyers and category teams, ensuring alignment with procurement objectives.Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities to automate manual reporting.Act as a bridge between procurement, business users, finance, and IT to ensure clarity of requirements and alignment.Support governance forums (SteerCo, category reviews, performance reviews) through insights, presentations, and progress tracking.Assist in monitoring SLAs, category strategies, and key procurement initiatives.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and systems.Support supplier onboarding and performance evaluation frameworks and scorecards.Assist category teams in analyzing sourcing outcomes, vendor performance, and contract utilization.Track benefits realization (savings, cost avoidance, value creation).

Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data analysis and visualization (Power BI, QlikView, advanced Excel); ERP / Ariba exposure is a plus.Ability to work with large datasets and translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.Solid understanding of procurement KPIs, spend analytics, sourcing metrics, and end-to-end procurement processes.Experience documenting business requirements, process flows, and SOPs with a continuous improvement mindset.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Structured, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.Strong presentation and data storytelling skills for senior and governance forums.

Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.3–6 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Procurement Analytics, or Procurement Excellence role.
