WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We’re an exceptional team with backgrounds in technology and entrepreneurship and we’re growing rapidly to deliver on our mission. We’re actively seeking a Ventures Analyst in Milan to champion the Plug and Play business model and drive portfolio growth.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

Masters’ degree STEM degrees, preferably in an engineering discipline, or an economics degree, and at least 1 year of working experience. Proficiency in both Italian and English is a must.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE ROLE: 

• Source startups across different verticals, including Energy and Sustainability, Food and Beverages, Healthcare, and Deeptech, , according to the needs 


• Schedule and facilitate introduction meetings between startups and corporate partners


• Attend recurring calls or meetings with startups and large corporates Build and maintain strong relationships with local VCs, universities, corporations, etc.


• Actively network with startup founders at industry events and conferences 

• Working closely to support Investment Partners on the full lifecycle of making investments: conducting diligence, making investment recommendations, and helping the portfolio.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

The candidate must demonstrate:

• A strong interest in the venture and technology/startups industry, with a demonstrated ability to keep up with trends and recent developments


• Uncommon level of attention to details, while maintaining an ability to understand the big picture about different industries and trends


• Very high levels of intellectual curiosity and an ability to deep dive into highly technical subject matters at ease


• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with professionals of any seniority; adept at public speaking
  Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to think independently, strategically, analytically, and creatively
