Role Overview

The AP accountant will be responsible for the data entry of several entities, either for Italian or foreign countries. The role requires flexibility and capacity of relationship with different cultures.

The candidate, reporting to the AP supervisor, will be responsible for:

• Supplier invoice data entry, either domestic and non domestic suppliers
• Use of Intelligent Document Processing and Machine Learning technology (ML)
• Journal entries
• Aging review
• Reconciliations
• Supplier master data maintenance
• Month end process & accruals

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Diploma in accounting and/or degree in economics
• At least 5/10 years of proven working experience in Accounting
• Knowledge of general ledger
• Knowledge of VAT rules and tax obligations relating to invoicing
• Good MS Excel skills and in general good IT systems skills
• Fluent in English (B2/C1)
• Knowledege of Netsuite
