We are looking for a Area Executive Housekeeper to manage our Housekeeping operations. 

The ideal candidate is willing to provide authentic, luxury experiences in world-renowned destinations to our guests, demonstrating care, confidence and curiosity. He/she is passionate about service and willing to grow professionally.  

Main duties and responsibilities: 

The Executive Housekeeper oversees housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest cleanliness standards are maintained at all properties, particularly Splendido in Portofino. Key responsibilities include:

• Team Management: Training, managing, and evaluating housekeeping staff.
• Training & Development: Developing and implementing training programs.
• SOPs: Establishing and enforcing standard operating procedures for cleaning and maintenance.
• Operational Efficiency: Monitoring daily activities to ensure efficiency and timeliness.
• Quality Assurance: Maintaining cleanliness standards in all areas.
• Coordination: Collaborating with other departments.
• Inventory Management: Managing cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Guest Relations: Addressing guest complaints promptly.
• Reporting: Providing reports on KPIs and operational improvements.

• Extensive experience in luxury hotel housekeeping management.   

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or a relevant field preferred.  

• Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.  

• Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.  

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.  

• Fluent in English and Italian.  

• Solid experience and knowledge of Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards
