Mission of the Role:
As the Area Revenue Manager for the prestigious Belmond Chain in the South Europe region, your primary mission will be to implement revenue management strategies and processes in our hotels to optimize and maximize their revenues. You will report to the Divisional Director of Revenue South Europe.
Scope of the Role :
Implement revenue management operations, procedures, and best practices to maintain a leadership position in the market.
Identify new revenue opportunities. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. Possess excellent communication skills.
Conduct weekly revenue meetings to present insights and strategies.

Demonstrate the capacity to read situations, understand environments, and respond accordingly.

Display a high level of motivation, determination, and commitment to excellence.
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 3 – 5 years of hands-on Hotel Revenue Management experience.
Proficiency in both written and spoken Italian and English is required; additional languages are considered an asset.
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or Economic Studies.
Highly computer literate with a high-level command of Excel.
Knowledgeable about hotel technology, including PMS, Channel Manager, GDS, CRS, and Extranets.
