Job Description
As Area Sales Manager South, you'll be in charge of - picking up and further developing the commercial activities of the company on the South Market : 75% Italy, 25% southern European & North African countries - meeting with a great variety of prospects & partners (buyers, real estate developers, collectives, installers, distributors, users, prescriptors), keeping them up to date with the newest technologies, identifying new needs and collaborating with them at designing tailored solutions - participating to trade fairs & events, further expanding your network and the collaboration of the company - collaborating closely with the internal R&D & Product teams to develop applications tailored for your clients as well as bringing valuable market insight - collaborating closely with the Sales Management team at reporting on your market's trends, potential and insight
The Successful Applicant
To be selected for this vacancy candidates will need : - Min 5 years of field sales experience with some international exposure - experience in Italy is highly valued for this role - being FULLY fluent in Italian is mandatory for this role, higher intermediate levels in French & English are also necessary, any other language is a nice to have - a strong technical affinity or technical product background in your professional experience - a solid commercial drive & the ability to work efficiently on a multi-level market , with a great variety of stakeholders and in a project sales approach - ability to be present intensely during the first year in the office (4d/week) for the technical training in Liege (my client is happy to consider candidates willing to relocate to Belgium)- ability to travel up to 40% of the time
