What You'll Do

As an Associate Infrastructure Engineer, you will support the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our global IT infrastructure. Working closely with senior engineers, business stakeholders, and external partners, you will contribute to the delivery of reliable, secure, and scalable technology solutions that support business operations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the administration and maintenance of enterprise infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization platforms.


• Assist with the deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of on-premises, hybrid, and cloud-based solutions.


• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for infrastructure-related incidents and service requests.


• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server environments, and enterprise applications.


• Perform hardware installations, network patching, and onsite technical support activities.


• Monitor system health, performance, and availability, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.


• Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues.


• Support infrastructure and digital transformation projects across the organisation.


• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles.


• Partner with Cybersecurity teams to support security initiatives, access controls, and compliance requirements.


• Collaborate with global IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Systems Administration, IT Operations, or a related role.


• Hands-on experience supporting Windows-based infrastructure environments.


• Exposure to on-premises, hybrid, and cloud technologies.


• Understanding of networking fundamentals, including switching, routing, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networking.


• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments.


• Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.


• Experience supporting Windows desktop and server operating systems.


• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.


• Familiarity with Cisco and Meraki networking technologies.


• Experience with SCCM or endpoint management solutions.


• Exposure to Citrix VDI and provisioning services.


• Understanding of Linux operating systems.


• Knowledge of infrastructure security best practices and identity management.
