• Primary Responsibilities Include:
  ensuring impeccable mise en place, consistency in drink preparation, and respect for company standards and procedures.
• Craftsmanship & Beverage Knowledge:
  Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, wines, and beverages with precision and flair. Stay updated on spirits, techniques, and industry trends to enrich the bar offering.
• Guest Experience:
  Anticipate needs, offer tailored recommendations, and guarantee a warm, attentive atmosphere. Ensure every guest feels welcomed, understood, and well taken care of.
• Guest Relations:
  Build genuine rapport with guests, handling enquiries and special requests with professionalism, efficiency, and discretion.
• Team Collaboration:
  Work closely with the Bar Manager, service staff, and colleagues across the F&B department. Support Commis and junior team members, fostering a culture of shared learning.

• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Previous experience in a luxury bar or high-end hospitality environment.
• Strong cocktail and mixology skills, with genuine passion for the craft.
• Motivation to grow professionally within a luxury setting.
