Job Scope

Production of monoclonal antibodies and/or antigens by setting up cell cultures and/or bacterial cultures.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintaining and expanding cells using cell culture techniques under sterile conditions, taking care of the process until the collection of the finished product, according to defined procedures.


• Extensive experience in protein expression using CHO cells at both small scale and bioreactor scale, including the optimization of culture conditions, management of critical process parameters, and continuous monitoring of production performance throughout the entire expression cycle.


• Use equipment and handle reagents safely


• Operating according to GMP standards


• Autonomous management of activities to ensure their execution


• Ability to use and write technical operational documentation.

Education, Experience, and Qualifications 

• Education: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Laboratory Techniques.


• Experience: Two years of experience in related field.


• Language Skills: Basic knowledge of English

• Work under sterile conditions


• Handle mammalian cell cultures and/or bacterial strains


• Ability to use laboratory instruments


• Ability to prepare simple and complex solutions

• Use of PC and Office Package

• Ability to work in a team


• Flexibility and adaptation to change


• Ability to independently manage time and activities


• Respect for deadlines

• Problem solving
